Come Out of No Where was a global campaign for Nike that told the stories of athletes who came from no where to be where they are today. In Canada, we worked with Raptor’s star Demar Derozan to inspire the Toronto young basketball community to strive for greatness and to give them the necessary foundation for that path. The campaign culminated in an immersive training camp at Toronto’s Brickworks - the original factory location that built the city by supplying all the bricks. This camp hosted the top six high school basketball teams in the GTA who were most likely to have future NBA draft picks. They worked with Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant’s sport psychologist Tim Grover to learn the mental strength it takes to be an top tier athlete. Teams were also able to make their own signature Nike shoe, and treated to a keynote from Demar himself.
